Is that true that only 300 candys were made? Was candy an optiontional color for a fee? |

I believe, but may be wrong, all colors after purple were considered "optional colors" for a fee. I will dig out my window sticker and look, but recall there was an upcharge for paint, and then for chrome wheels I know for certain - even though they ALL started coming with them in late '99. Not even like you could "order" a Prowler ... but the marketing department of Plymouth did as they pleased. Anyone else know for sure? |

last color produced, 300 built... ...all of my Prowler window stickers are at another building, but if I remember correctly, $1000. upcharge for paint on every car from about '99 on ...not a bad buy for a low mile Kandy with lots of aftermarket stuff... '99's,,,paint color and chrome wheels may have shown as optional items,,,,and relected on the window sticker. 2000 on, they just raised the MSRP figure to account for the wheels and other improvements in the car... no options listed. Exception,,,,Maybe Woodwards and BlackTie editions, and final Candy Reds,,,,, were shown as optional colors, and added prices ? Not sure about them?
