Thanks go out to the 10 cars that supported us July 4th from the Mile Hi Prowlers... What a great event the Breckenridge Parade is, and a Special Thanks to Heidi from the city of Breckenridge that has worked side by side with me to keep the Prowlers at this event for three years straight and a total of 5 years since I have been President... This little kid is a perfect example of why the Mile Hi Prowlers do parades...   Well I guess this little kid also... A screaming fan was nice enough to take my picture at the Parade and not run off with my camera... Thanks you again Mile Hi Prowlers for supporting me in some of the crazy things I do... |

Half the fun of the Parade is driving to it... It was a 7:10 leave time, so that put everyone up at around 5:30-6:00 to be at the staging lanes to go by 7:10... I have to give thanks to the Guys and Gals for there support... John(onecatnodog)Collins

  The back way makes for a longer enjoyable drive, but also adds time to it that is why we have to do the 7:10 leave time from Denver... Well we are here at Breckenridge and 10min early... Hurry up and wait, as many of you know that have done parades... John(onecatnodog)     |

One of the best parts of the Breckenridge Parade is the Downtown Parking Car Show after the Parade... Like always we park in front of Bubba Gumps and go in for lunch were they are always good at serving up the food... We had some of the Prowlers that had to leave right after the Parade and I want to thank them for showing and having fun with us... More to come of the Pictures and Story... John(onecatnodog)    |

The funny thing, well not so funny for some, is that the Prowler People that stayed for Bubbas and then Ice Cream were rewarded with a around the back way trip home and beat the ones that left early... So Ice Cream saved the day... Thanks all to Jim Johnson and Bob Cloutier both friends and President and Vice President of the Viper Club... They for warned us about the I-70 closure as they got the word out and we went the back way home... I was home and showered and recieved several calls from the early leavers from the Prowler members that were in the 4 hour back up because of a turned over semi truck... Ice Cream.... Boom Baby.... John(onecatnodog) I will add this cruise to the list, as it was breath taking... |
