I currently have my kat in the open while we are waiting for the house to be completed. Alarm or not to alarm is the question? Who has alarms and who doesn't? Does it ruin the originality of the vehicle? I am having a hard time finding somewhere to store it for a month and a half. Thoughts? |

They all have a factory alarm. It will go off when the doors or decklid or hood are opened and blocks the car from starting. |

For additional peace of mind,,,you can also pull the fuel pump fuse or install a switch to cut off power to fuel pump when not around. But then again,,,,if somebody wanted it bad enough,,they could get a tow-truck to take it. Really never heard of a Prowler getting stolen,,,accept once, in California. Would be too well noticed out on the road, if police are looking for it... |
