My recently purchased 2001 Plymoth Prowler never went in for the ball joint recall. Can it still be done or is it really necessary? |

Definitely should be done. If a dealer can get the parts, I would think it could be done. I think they will need a set of the specialty tool kit too. |

ALL,,,,check with Chrysler/Dodge dealer, service department Give them your VIN#,,,,and they will check it out for you |

Mine has never been done and when I asked the dealer he said it would only take a couple of days to get the ball joints then we could schedule for installation. This is my next must do project. |
