I tried to contact you by phone and you never returned the call to any of the telephone numbers I gave you. It has been 8 months since I sent you a certified check on 3/4/2010 and that you subsequently cashed. This is out and out fraud. You have not sent any of my parts, brakes, rotors or braided brake lines. You have not contacted me to tell me why you have not and that in itself is a crime.

This is what I have done. I have first filed with the U.S, Postal Inspection Service, a mail fraud case. Secondly, I filed with the Federal Trade Commission and thirdly I have retained an attorney to initiate a judgment against you. If you want you can call me to discuss returning my payment I made by certified check on 3/4/10 or I will still accept parts I ordered and never received, but you must have a bonified time table for delivery and it must be immediate. But believe you me, this will not be the last time you hear the name XXXXXX XXXXXX. It’s your call.

It's a shame that someone who has really fine products, treats us this way. He deserves what he gets.

Scott this is not the first time you have taken money and not delivered products on time. Are you on vacation again? Has your computer broken?

Do the right thing. Get Wally his products.

Does it matter whose parts they are as long as they are Prowler related and connected through this site, the facts are correct, true and other people may be at risk?

I sell parts here. Some are newly developed parts that have sometimes taken months to deliver. Enough people have trusted me enough to pay in advance and wait for delivery. Frankly, that has made the projects possible. Parts have to most often be paid in advance and have long delivery times. My last bill was over $5K. Roughly half the people helped me by paying in advance. I only had to front just under $3K for the same time that those that paid and waited.

What no one is saying are those owners that stand up and say that want a part. You order the appropriate quantity to cover their order and guess what, they never pay and you don't hear from them again. Think it doesn't happen, check with other Prowler vendors that develop new products.

I have a nice pile of radiator and heater hoses that were ordered, paid for by me and are now available for sale.

Two sides to every story. Scott is dead wrong here. This isn't the first time people have had problems with him. Problems have occurred at periods over many years. In the past caring local owners have contacted Scott to encourage him to make good. I remember a friend that interceded and took a huge amount of grief from people here for simply trying to help. Maybe someone nearby will have a discussion with Scott and Scott will stand up and correct this wrong.

Just wanted anyone that may do business with him in the future to be aware that that same thing may happen to them. We always have a bunch of new owners on this site from time to time and they should be so advised. They can make up their own minds.

Again, I am so happy there are members that have gone out of their way to develop new products for our Prowlers. I have bought from Tom Mills, Larry Lord, Jay Harris, Scott Curtis, Bob Longstreth and even Real Rod. I understand delays. I also understand the vendor that once was conscientious about selling and shipping parts can or could change and in this case it seems that he has. I have bought from him in the past but would not again.

Again, I'm only relaying message that I was asked to post for others to read. I have nothing invested in it.

Bob, I think that anyone that says they will buy a product if it is developed should do so and have the integrity to follow through. I have even though I decided that I really didn't want the part. But that is only me and how I act. Others should do the same in my mind. If we don't we may get to the point that no one will want to develop or re-create any parts for us. That is the real shame.

He posted in classifieds just the other day, selling his tachs. Since he no longer has a Prowler, all he wants to do is sell his parts here.
