I was searching for a trailer for my Prowler a couple of months ago and I remember coming across a site that had custom Prowler trailers. The trailers looked exactly like the rear of the Prowler and had 20" wheels on them. A guy was custom making them to better match the trailer compared to the factory trailer with its tiny wheels and small capacity.

Does anyone know who made those trailers or where to order one? I cannot find the website that had the information/pics on those trailers. I've searched this forum high and low as well on google with no luck.

I have never heard of it. The TINY wheels on the trailer are 15" which are about the size of the wheels on most cars just a few years ago. The capacity of the Prowler trailer is really quite decent.
I don't think anyone else is making similar looking trailers. There were folks selling their single trailer here on POA after they had switched out to 17 or 20 inch rims on them. I recall seeing that.
Ajax made the trailers.

I remember the custom trailer looked like a replica of the rear of the Prowler. It had wider fenders than Ajax trailer, 20" wheels, much more storage space, and wasn't horribly priced.

The only trailer I have seen that comes close, were the trailers available for rent from U Haul. But they are NOT for sale.

It doesn't really look like the back end of the Prowler but here is a trailer option that some folks have outfitted with prowler wheels. http://www.championluggagetrailers.com/trailers/index.php

That is about as good of a second preference as I have seen for a suitable trailer. I really like the tailgate option as well. Thanks for sharing.

If you contact Ben West (owner) at Champion and tell him you are with the Prowleronline group he usually gives you $100 off of the price. I get nothing from this, so don't think I am hawking him for a reason, other than he is a really nice guy.
