OK ..I found a set of vented louvers , In my shop I think they are cool and will let a lot of heat out . so I was thinking of cutting them into the panels ..Or maybe make some fiberglass molds .. then mount them ? What do ya think ???

They're not louvered, but Metalcrafters has a very nice looking engine side panel....

The Metalcrafters Prowler products include rear spoiler, side panels, rear valance,
head rest trim, door panel inserts, hard top, hardtop storage cradle w/cover.

You're right, they are nice but just try to buy a set as they give you the run around for well over a year now as when they are going to run another batch. Members have been waiting to throw $1200.00 at them but they have bigger fish to fry. Sc*** TGF !

I'd make a set for yourself, and see if others like the design, in to days market place, not a lot of cash floating around JMHO

If your going to make an after-market part, and make molds
you have to make enough parts to make it worth doing to keep the cost down.....
if you make 10 and you only sell 2 .....well not good
business to have all those parts sitting
around ...When I did the Dragon Panels (30 sets)....they
were all sold before we made them.....

That's full of risk for all as we now know.....

Like I said, If you want to do something different, make
one for your self and if theirs lots of interest...
well, your decision...

Thanks Don .. I know that if there is no market for some thing you can't sell it.. I made the Transportor ..luggage carrier .. a ton of work and time to shape it to the prowler .. I only sold a few .. so now I am making a bigger Transportor mold .and will turn out one .. don't know if it will sell ??? As for the side panels I will only make one set of molds and then one set of panels . But I will have all of the molds for these projects . and if the economy ever gets better might can brake even ..I do most of the work my self so I can keep the cost down .I know that time is money - but it keeps me busy . thanks for your responce ..
