Read the post again and look at the pictures. He called it a relocator, not a locator, and he was referring to the blinker relocator kit on that side.

its not a locator,nor is it a relocator.its a turn signal assembly.if thats what he was describing.its also missing one end of the ground wire i think.

Sorry for the bad description on the turn signal assembly. That is what it was called when I bought mine. I am new to the prowler "thing". Sorry for the confusion.
