Typical Tom Mills quality and ease of installation. This thing is heavy duty and bolted right up. The window runs up and down as new. Tom's instructions were spot on and I did the work in my garage with standard tools by myself. I would not purchase another factory unit (even if they were not back ordered) for fear of getting the same poor design. The original units will fail over time if left unattended. Three cheers to Tom for another quality product! This message has been edited by DublinOH on 05-07-2009 at 05:18 PM |

That is great news, I am on the list and look forward to getting mine. I may not wait for the current ones to fail (at the worst possible moment)and stick these in a.s.a.p. Thanks Tom, I am eagerly (but patiently) waiting. P.S. This message has been edited by alrtg on 05-06-2009 at 06:55 PM |

I bet it gets rid of some rattles from the pvc tubing as well. Great job Tom. Certain it's worth every dime.Hopefully the buyers haven't turned to lookers so you get your investment back. |

Look under technical questions for a post called window regulators. Tom Mills at Jefferson Auto took this project on. I have purchased several items from him and am happy with everything. Good guy to deal with. |

If you don't have a pair of these, you WILL need them. The OE units will fail. I had my driver's side go out during the Prowlin' Little Egypt event last year. Don't wait and get stuck with a window that won't go up. Get on the list! |

onecatnodog Thanks for the compliment. The motors are made by Bosch, not from a Chrysler intrepid This message has been edited by Tom Mills on 05-08-2009 at 01:43 PM |

Tom makes quality Prowler parts and accessories. I'd suggest everyone get thinking about buying this new, improved, window regulator from Tom. |
