Does anyone have an opinion on the best fitting chrome or stainless steel grille? Is it true "metal by Grace" is making one and if so has anyone purchased it? |

I like the ,Metal be Grace grill, but on my silver I run a Chrom-Grill by Gary. The finish & fit of the grill is great ! and you can choose between two styles. --- |

It is unknown if Grace is even still doing the grille, as we have not been able to contact her in the last 2 months. Check with Gary, His grilles are top notch . |

Well, her website is still up so she is obviously paying THAT bill. After all, scamming people out of their money is a full-time business, especially in today's economy. http://www.complaintsboard.com/suspicious-companies/page/220 ___________________ JohnC - Kechi, KS This message has been edited by JohnC on 04-22-2009 at 06:00 PM |

Has anyone bought the "hi-boy" kit? I love the look but wonder about the "rock throwing" without fenders and lack of rear bumpers (safety). Any feed back apprecitated. Thanks! http://www.prowlerproducts.com/ |

Killer grills. Problem is, Gary only does work for silver cars. Animator - Check out WAYNEW's car. He's got the hi-boy package. I don't want to speak for him, but I believe he likes it fine. And the roostertails he gets in the rain... definitely keeps people from tailgating him... |

I'd have to second Wildcat's comment. I like the factory grill chromed and his is the best. Grace's would be my next choice. While the hi boy looks good standing still or all alone, I was the unfortunate kat that followed one at a meet and the debris kicked up is awful. |

I just don't think the looks of the stock grill can be surpassed. The vertical fins look good, but not if I have to look at the ugly Betty battery and her cousins the shock towers on the other side of the screen door. Each to his or her own, but I just don't think the stock grill (especially if it's chromed) can be beat for looks and cooling functionality. (Shameless opportunity to post pics of my car) ------------------ |

I agree about looking at the battery/frame/etc., through the grill. Gary has a solution: FRONT FRAME COVER I have his black grill in my 99 Cat. Fit is perfect. Great product, and Gary is very good to deal with. This message has been edited by EdsUp on 04-27-2009 at 06:58 PM |

to answer your question about rock chips.you need frt mud flaps still avaiable thru chrysler.trim 1 inch off bottom for speedbumps.you will depeding on how much you drive will get chips on the rockers.no rr.fenders and you will get even more.like i said if youre putting on 1000 miles a yr,not a big problem.the more you drive the more chips.3m clear paint protection film down the sides from the frt.a arms back, definitely helps alot.dont know how many miles on your car,but you may already have chips.do a real close inspection about 6 inces away, and if you have them ,you will see them. ------------------ |
