Hello Mike and all of my "Prowler Buds". I'm still alive and kickin'....lol. Jeff ( Sir Real) called me yesterday and said I should check in befor Mike sent out a search party for me. Thanks Mike... for interest in my well being. Just been busy with work and my latest muscle car restoration project. ( 1963 Plymouth Sport Fury...426 MAX WEDGE ) I have really had to beat the bushes to find some of the parts I needed. Most of my away from work hours have been spent on the internet and in Hemmings Motor News searching for needed parts. I have most everything now to finish the car. Some of you may have seen the photos posted of the car soon after I purchased it last summer. The body, frame, sheet metal and chrome were all in good shape. The car had been painted a few years earlier a dark red....Not the original color. A month ago it was just been painted the color it should be...BLACK and has a new RED "Legendary" interior, ALL New NOS gauges,including the clock, and many other NOS parts. New American Torque Thrust 15X 8 1/2's on the rear with New Reproduction Nostelga Firestone Cheater Slicks, and 15 X 6 Torque Thrusts on the front with New Nostelga Firestone bias plys (775's). I'll post photos again when it is completed. It is a "real beauty". Thanks again Mike. Hope to see you at an event this summer. Jim |
