Any one have any use for the two sensors that I removed from my 01 Prowler ? They were working ok when I removed them. Just changed to an after market system when I put on new tires. Thought I would ask before throwing in trash. tom |

Good luck with the new system Tom and keep us posted to how it holds up. Does the new system tell tire temp. also? |

Yep they tell both temp and pressure and have been working very well in my Kat for the past 9 months. You can even change the audible alert for the pressure you want it to alert you to. Checked their accuracy with a pressue guage and it has been right on, cna't say that for my Nitro! Wally |

I have the same setup on my Kat. I banded them to the center of my Foose wheels as the wheels where not set up for sensors - according to Foose. The banding works fine. Wally turned me on to them - thanks Wally Gator! Much better than stock system... ------------------ This message has been edited by EdsUp on 01-30-2009 at 10:53 AM |

I would avoid the Orange TPMS sensors. They allow a 3 psi correction, so if you are seeking accuracy, avoid. Mine were off by 3 psi. The only option is to remove them from the tire and send back, a costly option. I've heard of similar complaints in other discussion groups. W. |

Mine are right on the money. I check them with a tire pressure gauge after adding air. Perfect... ------------------ |

I hated, that many times ( on both of my 01 Prowelers) often the tire pressure warning light came on. I disconnected the tpwl-bulb,... and I´m happy now. - |
