Hi everyone. Great news! The Prowler sculptures can now be ordered directly from the artist. Contact James at jmcdowell78@yahoo.com Many of you showing interest suggested that they be limited and numbered. James is making 100 and they will be signed and numbered and they will all be done in the pewter finish. Below is an excerpt from an email I received from James. $65 per statue, plus $15 shipping within the 48 states. I'll have to quote prices to anyone ordered outside the 48. FANTASTIC JOB JAMES!!! AND IT'S SILVER TOO I do have one question... What are the dimensions of the piece? Would you be able to take a photo with something of standard dimensions in the frame to show us the relative size? Thank you again for making this happen!!! Regards, |

Good morning everyone, I just sent ordering information to everyone on the list, order early and it appears James will get them to you by Christmas. I hope everyone loves this as much as I do, I think James did a great job, it has been a pleasure working with him on this project. I have the SSR sculpture and pictures do not do it justice, these are awesome and you will be impressed when you get it. They are limited to 100, signed, and numbered. James believes he will be able to get one to me before Dec. 13th., when it arrives I will bring it to the So. Cal. Prowler Christmas party at Busters, so everyone can see this beautiful piece of artwork. Thank you all for your interest in this project, I think we all owe James kudos for doing this very special Prowler collectible for us. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me on the forum or through a PM. Happy Holidays,
|

Hi Marty, I got the SSR sculpture, is that incredible or what. I am in awe of James' work, what a talent! We are having a Prowler party on the 13th. should be fun, hope your party goes well. Any leads on a new Kat or are you keeping your SSR. I love my purple Prowler but I love my ultra violet SSR as well. I guess a personal delivery from James on mine would be out of the question. LOL. Anyhow thanks for your input on this project, you are lucky to have a friend like James. Happy Holidays. Steve |

Mikey - hopefully we'll see you all at the Eat & Greet tomorrow. I'm hoping the heat & air contractor shows up in the morning - we trid to turn the heat on for teh first time this morning and it's not working. In any event, if you all can bring the Prowler statue, I'd love to see it! I like your idea aboutr personally flying the statues instaead of using Fed Ex or UPS! It only raises the cost by about 1500% |

Mikey and James attended a local SSR event today and brought the prototype Prowler sculpture. It is the one in the pictures and is made out of resin. The production pieces will be heavier and have a "cold" metal feel to them plus be signed and numbered. They will look GREAT in any Prowler memorabilia collection. This will make one very nice Christmas gift for Prowler owners. They will probably give me some grief for ordering the Prowler piece when I don't have the SSR one yet! |

I thought UPS and FEDEX delivery rates were high. Well it would be great to see you guys, but $1500.00, I guess I will have to settle for the USPS shipping. LOL. Marty I think you are doing the right thing getting the Prowler sculpture, you know you will be back in a Prowler soon. But you should get the SSR sculpture as well. Hope your party went well and everyone had a safe and happy night. Thank to everyone all for the kind words concerning this project, but the real person to thank is James, he is absolutely the most wonderful and accommodating person I have ever dealt with. We all owe him a huge thank you for doing this for us. Thanks James. Steve & Kathy and all our extended Prowler family. |

Steve - "one" day I'll get another Prowler but the SSR is paid for, only has 1/3 of the miles my old Prowler had on it so I can drive this vehicle quite a while longer, and it's more practical for my daily driving. One big difference is I bought my Prowler stock and had a blast modding it; but the SSR already had $18K in mods done to it when I bought it. I had taken every body panel off the Prowler at least once but I haven't even changed the air filter in the SSR. I'll probably get both statues - they will make great bookends!!!! |
