I re-ran the routes over the weekend and there were no problems. The restaurant in New Harmony had over booked itself ... I thought I needed to call Ed for advise ... but found another restaurant and all is well. Our home will be open all day on Friday ... you don't have to wait to come by ... we will start eating around 5:00 but anyone arriving early can pitch washers or play bocce ball while I slave over a hot grill. LOL We have extended the events for Sunday for those that can stay till Monday ... we will be cruising to Cave In Rock for lunch ... stopping after lunch at Garden of the Gods state park ... then cruising to our home for Scotty's homemade chili while sitting around a fire. We are not going to be able to make it this year. I was holding off until the last minute to see if we could work it out but it just won't be possible. We surely hope everyone has as much fun this year as we have had in the past. Scotty and Terry are great hosts and it is a fun time. Sorry we will miss it. |
