Anybody have the part numbers? I think I will order a pair, just in case, and reinforce them so that they are ready. If the back orders are ever filled, I will have a pair. |

prowl 97 has some ,maybe.except he will charge you more than what you can buy it from a dealer and no 1 year warranty.he was selling his parts under dealer price.but no more,hes going to end up w/alot of parts.that he cant sell because his prices are to high,and theres no warranty like a dealer.doesnt make sense to me.i used to buy from him because his prices were lower than the dealer.why would you pay 425.00 or more for a reg,when you can get from a dealer for 268.00. ------------------ This message has been edited by catfish on 08-10-2008 at 10:20 AM |

arvin-meritor,makes the regs.im going to see when i contact them,if they will even talk to me,how long before they start making more,cause this is the 3rd 0r 4th time on nat.b/o,and it seems to take them months to make more. |

Jeff Hunter shipped one each side to me on July 28th. He got them in not long before that. I had them on order thru him for about 6 months or so. It would seem to me that they are no longer on back order. You just have to find out who's got 'em, or who can get 'em. |

If you are selling them at dealers' list you aren't doing anyone in "the club" any big favors since a lot of dealers offer us parts at cost plus 10 %. I bought two fenders off of you and they arrived all tore up. I returned them and you kept $ 100 for your troubles. I don't consider myself in the same club as you. You post ONLY to sell parts. You have 71 total posts and 70 of them are in the FREE CLASSIFIED ADS section. This is the FIRST post in any other section. That is my 2 cents and you might disagree with me, but what I posted actually happened. I wouldn't treat a club member that way, but that is just me. I am sure there are many members who want to buy parts from you. All they are asking is for some competitive pricing, with guarantees and reasonable shipping costs. You apparently have many parts. List several of them with a completive price and you will get orders. I am sure of it. There will be a day to charge high prices, for Prowler parts, but it looks like members are now able to get most of there parts at some type of discount. You can be a valuable asset to this group. Just work with the members. You will find, most of them are extremely nice people.

thanks guys.when prowl 97 first advetised parts i bought some from him.each time he held my ck.for weeks till it cleared.after the 4th or 5th time,i called and asked wheres my part,im waiting for the ck to clear.why since all the previous ones did.you obviously dont trust us.inabout 50 years of writing cks.i have never in my life bounced one.you sold me a frt facia,along w/other parts at a very nice discount,which i appreciate.now you want list price for parts we can get other places for a discount.you are not giving us ,why? for those of you who aren't aware of it prowl 97 won the bid on all the prowler parts chrysler engineering had up for auction when they stopped making our cars.just telling,the truth.why havent you paid the vendor fee yet.all you want to do is rip us a new one.you owe ed 100.00 why dont you pay him.i for one will never buy another part from you.nothing but the truth.by the way on 08/09/08 in free classifed you have a reg.for 399.00,you pm me saying its 279.00.which one is it bill?since you pd way less than 279.00 im sure,why are you not giving us a break,at 225.00 youre still making a good profit.you say you give a warranty,first ive heard of it,and i sure would hate to try and have you honor those words.sorry when i said it was 425.00 its 399.00. ------------------ This message has been edited by catfish on 08-13-2008 at 06:59 PM |
