We have a lot going on this year so with the exception of possibly the Prowler Drags in March we are not going to make any other events unless they are very local. Our oldest Grandchild is graduating HS. She lives in Utah so we are going to both see her graduate and visit for a week. It's been 2 or 3 years since the last one. Mom is turning 88 and decided that she should probably no longer be living by herself. She is going to be moving in with my niece so we are going to visit her for a week or so and help her get ready for the move. On a side note she is giving us her 1981 Olds 98 Sedan which she is the second owner of. My uncle purchased it new and only kept it a year or two before he sold it to Mom. People ask her all the time is she wants to sell it. We also have a family reunion to attend this year. So our calendar is pretty much full. We have not missed a National Prowler event since 2000. We are really going to miss seeing all our Prowler family but there are times that you have to set your priorities. This year real family is the priority. As always we wish everyone tons of fun, great cruising weather and most of all everyone please be safe. We will see you in 2009. We will really miss you all. Rich and Linda........ We totally understand....we have some things going on this year too that we have to attend to. Family and home always comes first! We will miss seeing you, but hope that all the changes in your and your family's life will work out for the best! Keep in touch by the board and email! |

Rich, we all understand and yes...family should always come first. Let me know whan you are planning to go see your mom. Sonja's mom also lives in Martinburg, and if time permits for both of us maybe we could meet somewhere for dinner. We are only abou 3 hours from Martinburg, and we were just up there to see her mom yesterday. Jim |

Rich Last year I made as many as I could not knowing if and when I would be able to make another. Take care of the family needs The 81 Olds 98, that is a great cruising car. I had one with a diesel in it. It was the best riding car I think I have ever drove. Pillow back seats that feel more like home than a car. They are big but great cars. |

Rich, I totally understand. Last year I had so many plans and even reservations made, and ended up canceling them all so that I could be with Mom and Family when she was so ill. Things have been stable for a few months, so I am going to try to make some of the "short trips" so that I am not away from home too long, just in case. ------------------ |

I'm sorry Rich but that is unacceptable. Now get your butt on the phone and make reservations for Virginia Beach! Even if you two can only make it for a couple of days, you gotta come. Virginia Beach is practically in your backyard and none of us are getting any younger.

Sorry about that Rich I know you guys enjoy the get together I'm lucky the events are put together so early Jan and I were able to schedule owr stuff (melisa's grad party) the week before Colorado and WW Dream cruse 60 miles away just work out,w/see you at the next one you can make |
