HI,,,I'M BOB, NEW OWNER WITH 2000 MILES EXPERIENCE. BOUGHT A BLACK 2000 WITH 4620 MILES ON IT TWO MONTHS AGO. LOVE MY NEW CAR. I DO HAVE SOME QUESTIONS I WILL BE ASKING AT TIMES, SO THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY ANSWERS. I KNOW THAT THEY CAME (AT LEAST THE 2K) WITH THE SEATS AT DIFFERENT HEIGHTS, HOWEVER, WHEN I LOOK THRU THE SCRAPBOOK PICS OF YOUR CARS SOME SEEM TO HAVE EVEN SEAT HEIGHT. BECAUSE MY WIFE IS ONLY 5 FEET TALL SHE CAN ONLY BARELY SEE OUT OF THE PASSENGER SIDE AND I WOULD LIKE TO RAISE THE PASS. SEAT UP IF POSSIBLE. HAS ANYONE DONE THIS AND HOW?. THANKS, BOB, GOATFALLS... P.S. WE RAISE FAINTING GOATS AND GOATFALLS IS THE NAME OF OUR FARM..... |

Hello and Welcome ! Look near the top of the page for " Search" type in (seat height) and you will get your answer. You are not the first to ask about this, but I dont remember how people resolved this. You may have to take out the seat and put spacers under the 4 mounting point bolts. Mike. |

Goatfalls, you can buy a couple or four metric turnbuckles and threaded rods and raise it an inch or two. Richard Jackson did it here, locally. I was going to do it for Sandy but she nixed it. She is fairly short but said she preferred it low. My grandkids complain they can't see over the door. They rarely ride in it but in parades I put the passenger seat all the way forward and they stand behind the seat. |

I make a kit for raising the passenger seat 2" inches. It is a bolt on device that requires no mods to your car to install. It is a structural box tube system with all hardware and instructions . You will need metric sockets and rachets to install it. If you are interested please contact me at 650-967-3609. Leave a message and I'll call you back a.s.a.p. The cost is 150.oo inc shipping. I hope this helps, Obi-Wan |

When wife rides in car she has a pillow to set on and place it in trunk area when not in use. |

I'm only 5', but fortunately I'm the driver and I'm able to raise the driver's seat. Others have tried pillows or cushions for the passengers to sit on. |
