Hello. I have tried for months to contact you by phone with no response. What's up with that? I still need the week ender mounting brackets and my hitch back to use in Sept. for the run to Lake Tahoe. You've had our money for over 2 years. Do I really have to go to court? Please advise right away. |

Scott - why don't you list your email address for people to contact you,,,since you are a vendor,,of such. AVOID ORAL MESSAGES Then,,,if you can't answer email questions after FIVE working days, then those trying to contact you will know you aren't interested in selling them something. They can then go a different direction. Seems fair to me As it is now,,,it appears you are dodging people. Maybe that's not the case, but emails sent to you with a question, an order, a name, a address, and a phone number eliminates a lot of problems. We are beyond the point in technology of blaming it on your internet provider service for not getting an email. Make it easy, not hard, to contact you! jmo |

After paying in advance for the mounting brackets for the Week-ender box, removing my trailer hitch and giving to him, I've still have not received the completed mounting bracket with my trailer hitch. It's been over two (2) years since I paid him, and its now to the point of him not answering my calls or returning my phone messages. Small Claims Court seems to be my only alternative. I'm still waiting for what I've paid for..... |
