Just thought I would post up.I went to a Hot-rod show yesterday. It is a 2 hour drive from my house.
What was the first car I saw as I pulled in?
Yup a silver Prowler.Naturally I parked up and went to have a chat.
I recognised the license plate from some of the pics on this site.
I really appreciated the time you spent talking to me Matthias, thank you very much.
The only problem now is I dont know if I want an early car or a late model?
I still have a few options open for Prowler ownership over here in the uk.
One car is a very early one,it hasnt had the recalls done, which does concern me and it also has the lower powered motor.
What would you suggest?

Dave,
Depends. If you are a collector then I would settle for an early one if you can get a good deal.
Otherwise go for a later model with low miles. Remember that every part for the Prowler abroad needs to be
ordered from the US and that might cost you. Besides that
there is a substantial difference in HP between the early iron engine and the new model ones and it got all factory updates and modifications done for you.
(except the ball joint of course)
Come over to Holland and you can buy my 2001 Silver (3300 Miles) I just bought from Charlie which is going through registration and certification now
and is in like new condition.

And Matthias, still planning on joining you in Germany with one of my Prowlers but my schedule is busy and Woodward
is taking priority at the time. Nevertheless keep me posted on upcoming events and I will see if I can fit fit in.

Best,

Kees
