I was thinking when I did the one for Tulsa that a POA phone book would be nice.

If someone where to create a contact book, not just for one event but for anyone that would want to give their info out to be included, would you be interested in it and would you provide your info.

this would not be published over the internet. It would be made up and given to event coordinators to be distributed with packets.

I did the Tulsa and CJ has in the past did for the Dream Cruise. This year with as many people that are going to Woodward she has help from Bob Miller in making this list. IF it were done and not event specific, you could hang on to it and use at any event. and maybe once a year we could update.

Do you think this would work? with numbers being able to transfer between plans there are probably few changes today as there were 5 years ago.

and if this happened what info would you want in it?

maybe a place could be made here on the site that only event coorinators could be given access to and the info could be on the site, but private, and accessed at event time.

as I posted the info would NOT be on the web site.

I talked to Brad when I was doing my list for Tulsa. Any info given would be only the info someone would be comfortable with. Not everyone would have to give email/home address or phone, Just if you feel comfortable with it do you summit it.
