Nothing against other events, however I think the Embassy Suites Hotel in Tulsa and the staff really stand out as one of, if not the best ever. They really hated to see us leave and said we were hands down the best group they have ever had in the 7 years of the hotel. They thought of us more as friends than just hotel guests. I would like to send them a link to this post. If you agree please post your comments and thanks here. |

I was very impressed with the people I meet there also. Way overboard on service and we very much appreciated it and will not forget it. Sorry, I do not remember the names. The first one was Ed, who picked me up at the airport. Seen him multiple times during the week. Did whatever he could for us. Also the woman that did multiple tasks for us. The pregant girl who was doing happy hour a few times. She did get a few minutes to sit and talk to us.(God Bless you and the upcoming arrival of your baby) And my all time favorite was the security guy who injured himself in the parking lot. Came right back to work the next night. Had lots of laughs with him during the week. (ofcourse he was about the only one awake) Hope he heals quickly. Thanks to all the Embassy staff!! Great idea Rich.. Sheessshhh...I can't say enough good about the staff. Honest. The TV remote control in the "living room" didn't work, and I called the front desk and asked them "if you have time, would you change the batteries in the controller sometime?". Immediately, a technican came to my room, provided antoher remote control. The next day, when I returned from my room, there was a card, signed by all the managers of the Hotel and box of four chocolates. Dang..all I wanted was batteries? I was only there for three mornings, but assure you, I tipped the staff appropriately, and I also left a long winded "thank you note" for the good service when we left Sunday morning. In addition, how many Hotels will allow a group to bring in there own booze, own food (delivered Pizza) and raise hell in the attrium and be cool about it?? WITHOUT A Doubt..the best service, best room, best breakfast, best staff, best price, best hotel that I've ever stayed in. Pass it on. Sure, I'd be more than willing to share a POA link with them. Maybe we should start a "Thank you Tulsa Emabassy Suites" thread?? |

We have stayed at Embassy Suites in other cities. This one was by far the best we ever stayed in. The hotel staff could not have been more cordial. We commend them on the way they run the hotel. |

The Embassy Suites Hotel in Tulsa was first class,,,no doubt about it! We had television problems and a burned out light bulb,,,and they resolved the situation in a matter on minutes. We would highly recommend the Embassy Suites Hotel in Tulsa to anyone else wanting a deluxe hotel stay. ********************************************************* I can't believe they would want us Prowler Trash back, lol. |

I would definitely give them an A++++ for the service they provided us during our stay. They also filled my cooler with ice for me, the car wash area and when we gotr stuck out in the storm on Tuesday night and did not arrive back until 1AM, the staff was waiting for us because they knew we should have been back before ten. They told us to leave the car parked at the front door out of the rain until the next day. These were truly the best in service yet. Many thank you's to the entire staff. ------------------ |

I had posted this info on another thread but it bears repeating. Monday evening we got back and were sitting under the tree in the parking lot. It started to drizzle, but we were not really getting wet. They brought out a few umbrellas and tote bags for us. Where else would that ever happen. They continually brought out ice in the lot. We had a fantastic stay and thought the hotel staff went WAAAAAAY beyond the call of duty. The hotel in the Smokys was extremely nice but the Embassy Suites in Tulsa topped it for sure. Thanks a lot. |

quote: Can't praise the service enough. definitely above and beyond anything we could possibly expect. Not to argue but the Security guard was back to work the same morning as when he fell. Talked to him a little early that morning, hope he heals quickly. Thanks to all the Embassy staff!! Brian. |

We have nothing but praise for the entire staff. Absolutely everyone was friendly and bent over backwards to see that our stay was enjoyable. The front desk staff kept us from getting lost on several occasions & were most helpful. Great organization and employees. |

The hotel was great and the entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved it. We only had one night that was bad and there was a Sweet Sixteen party next door with about a dozen young girls screaming and giggling all night. Certainly not the hotel's fault and I didn't call the front desk to complain because I didn't want to ruin their party. We had a great time though and it was the best!! Thanks to everyone at the hotel. Tami and Ken Fischer |

Never have been treated so well at any other hotel. The facilities are perfect for our group, but the best assets they have is the staff. The Best of the Best. And still another praise for the injured security guard... I was sick Wednesday and ventured out Wednesday night to buy some "legal" drugs. All the Prowlers except three of us were loaded up on trailers and ready to leave on Thursday morning. When I returned from the drug store, Mr. Favorite Security Guard had a chair sitting in my parking place to save it for me. He said 3 other cars tried to park there, but he wouldn't let them. BRAVO, and a great big thank you. Brad Grubbs |

The Embassy Suites in Tulsa is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. From the moment we arrived the staff took great care in meeting our needs and making our stay enjoyable. Victoria made sure that our group was well cared for and the stay was enjoyable. Thank you so very much!!! Gordon & Annie Karns |

I have to agree with everyone else too. The hotel was not only clean and a wonderful hotel to stay in, with nice rooms, but the staff made the stay much more enjoyable. They were very accomodating in any way they could be. They are all top notch people, and (to all you bosses reading this) they all deserve a raise for putting up with such a wild and crazy group for a week. They all even got my last name right. They even remembered conversations on the phone when making, or verifying reservations. We were not made to feel like just another number. Breakfasts were the best! Great drinks for happy hour. And the price couldn't be beat. Would I stay there again or recommend them to someone else? In an instant! (Do I get to do the commercial now?) Not really a complaint, just a little something constructive... The cocoa shaker on the coffee bar was empty. And once I left a note to cleaning staff to leave me some items listed in their gratuitous toiletries. A note was left that I had to get it at the front desk. No problem, but taking the extra step to drop them in my room at some point would have made it more convenient. |

i also think that it was the best. i was supposed to change rooms after the 1st nite. i talked to the gal at the desk and she changed it so i stayed in the same room for the rest of the stay. i think that they went out of their way to get 2 hoses to wash our cats. i would go there in a second to stay again. this was our first outing with poa so i think that who ever picked the hotel did a job that will be hard to beat. |

You all have it all wrong. You need to tell them our stay was "horrible" so if we ever go back they won't raise the prices! Seriously - the hotel was nice. The best part was the staff. They really went all out to make our stay most enjoyable. |

This hotel never ceases to amaze. I just received a call from the hotel that they found a laptop that one of the prowler owners left behind. I will be notifying the owner of this laptop. The service at this hotel stands out as one of the best ever. ------------------ |

The Embassy Suites Rocks! Kelly and I took a lot of time deciding on hotels last January. I think we visited 9 of them that submitted bids through the visitors bureau. The Embassy Suites was the first one we visited, and none of the others could compare to all they offered. It's hard to believe that was a year and a half ago....back when I owned a Prowler! Victoria and her sales staff have been excited about us coming to Tulsa as we have been about getting there. I can't say enough about the quality of the service and the caliber of people that work there. I'm not going to name names...because I'm sure I'd leave someone out. But absolutely everyone we had dealings with at the hotel were professioanl, courteous, genuinely friendly and very helpful. They truly understand the meaning of great service! Thanks for a great experience! |

Well I have to add one more..... I lost my laptop and I could not find it anywhere after a 2 day hunt. I called the Hotel if they might have found it and they said no. So I was just about to go by another because I needed one real bad. Then I got a PM from Frank a few days later that the Hotel found it and to call them so they can ship it to me..... SOOOOOOO look at what I got today!!!!! I can not belive my eyes... |
