The Aussie contingent flew out of Sydney Australia today 06.13.2007 at 3.30pm. Unfortunately I was left at home to look after the kids. All are very excited to be going and can't wait to meet everyone there. It is actually the first time The Alchemist has ever travelled overseas, so to be attending this event is doubly exciting. Fortunately for me I have the keys to our Kat so I might just go cruising on my own while he is away. Hope you all have a great time and stay safe. When those guys get home please tell them the REAL Ft. Bragg is in N.C. and not on the Cal. coast north of San Francisco, in spite of what the map showed. lol They were having a great time out under the tree in the parking lot. |

If the alchemist had anything to do with directions they would get lost for sure! He phoned me yesterday and told me that he had the best time with you guys at Tulsa. Looks like I have to start saving again as he said he has to come back for another event. I believe everyone was great and looked after the Aussies. Can't wait to see the pic's he's bringing home. Lisa, we did see Ken sober on the last day. We didn't know he drank until then. lol We had a great time under the tree in the parking lot with the 3 of them. Plan on coming to Woodward some year. Big crowd and a lot of fun. |

Lisa - I enjoyed meeting Ken, and he really didn't do too bad with the directions on our cruise. Tell him I'm sorry about scaring him so bad when we went on 2 wheels. I thought he knew we were going to come back down. I look forward to meeting you next time. Maybe you can ride along with me then. Mickey (I have a better non-flash glare pic of this.) Yes you are right. Ken is leaving LA for home this Wednesday and arriving here on Friday, I believe with new aftermarket Prowler bit's in tow. Pete,Robyn and Shannon are staying for another 2 weeks. Can't wait till he gets home to see the great pic's and hopefully video he took (if he could work out how to use the video camera). I will make sure that he posts when he gets home. We had a great time and were discussing a return trip around 2009 (maybe to Woodward). We are currently in Park City, Utah and heading to Jackson hole (not via Fort Bragg )today. It is still planned that we join you guys in Colorado and I will give a call when we get closer to get address details etc.....looking forward to it...Peter, Robyn and Shannyn ------------------ |
