Hey POA members, My name is Larry Bowton (user name "bowton").I am a brand new member and proud owner of a Woodward. Two weeks ago, I flew to Dallas, TX from Walla Walla, WA, purchased the Prowler and drove it 2200 miles home via New Mexico, Arizona (Grand Canyon), Utah, Idaho, Oregon. My greatest road trip ever. What a cool ride. The Prowler performed flawlessly. My wife Bonnie and I both believe that our other rides will be taking a back seat. (No pun intended.) Bonnie drives a "72" stock Cuda 4-speed, 340ci, (license plate "CUDAGRL". I love to drive her car, but with Cuda Girl plates, I feel like I should be wearing a skirt.) I drive a modified "70" Challenger 408ci small block, 430 gears, and overdrive tranny. Lots of fun but doesn't compare to the "prowler experience". My current project is a "70" numbers matching, 340ci, 4-speed Duster. (2 year project) I'll post some pictures in the scrapbook one of these days. Anyway, I want to congratulate everyone on a great site. I have been glued to it at least twice a day since I got home with the Woodward. Its nearly NASCAR time so gotta go. Larry, CONGRATULATIONS on one Great Cat and One Fun Drive. There is a moisturizer you can use that will soften those wrinkels with a permanent  . Never Grow Up! Have a blast. |

Welcome to the POA. Sounds like you are making a lot of good decisions, Buy a Prowler, drive it home, join the POA. It has been a good year for you for sure. Think about Tulsa in June or Woodward in a Woodward in August. It is a thrill to see 100 or so Prowlers riding down the same street as you are. Congrats on the car and finding the POA. No April Fool on any of this. |

Welcome aboard, It is going to be a fun ride. The prowler group in the Pacific NW is nwprowlers.org We will be having our first scheduled run to LaConner,WA 19-21 April. If you have time come out and meet the group. Usually we have anywhere 15-20 cars attend our runs. If you go to the website all of runs and dates are listed.
