A lot of the information on this add looks like it came right off of this sites' Prowler Facts & Statistics page. http://cgi .ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chrysler-Prowler-2002-PROWLER-WITH-CUSTOM-PAINTED-FLAMES-NO-RESERVE_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ15284QQihZ002QQitemZ120048065770QQrdZ1 This message has been edited by kat hunter on 11-01-2006 at 06:27 PM |

This is a yellow Prowler not an Inca Gold. I have seen the car twice. The first time it was owned by guy whom had purchased it used. He had just had the flames done. The second time was today on a used car lot just about an 1/2 mile from my home. The guy told me on the phone shortly after we first met, that he wanted to buy a Hummer and the Prowler was for sale. He wanted 35K to 37K for it. With the miles on the car I thought that it was priced a bit high. If anyone wants me to check the car out I will be glad to. |

There is no reserve listed so unless he pulls it, it will sell. |

I was going to post last night before Rich, that it was a yellow cat, not gold,,,,,,,,,,,,but the Trick or Treaters kept ringing the doorbell and I got spooked. |

I am guessing he traded it in and probably he took a licking on it. It is interesting the first time I met him he said he would never sell. Then just a matter of weeks later he wanted to sell so he could buy a Hummer. I think he told me he paid 37 or 38K for the Prowler. He said he traded an restored antique fire engine and a street rod on the Prowler. This message has been edited by BeWare on 11-01-2006 at 12:08 PM |

My prediction is that it will not bid anywhere near his desired selling price and it will be pulled shortly before the auction closes. 'I've seen too many of these "no reserve" auctions actually be firm prices that the seller hopes to get. JMO |

I agree Kevin. Especially when the Seller is a Car Dealer... |

The car supposedly sold for $30,100.00. I will be watching to see if the car stays on the lot still for sale. |

The dealer's cousin probably won the bid? High bid of $30K for a 2002? Yellow must have scared 'em off, lol. j/k |

Heay, AC. The yellow was probably too fast for them! |
