Every time that an item is offered at a buy-it-now price but there isn't a buy-it-now button shown, its a scam. Good rule of thumb to remember on eBay!

It has a clear CA title but is for sale in OK. Not a sure sign of a scam, but shows he proabaly did a cut and paste of an auction's text.
