$hit, it looks like after the Texas event we have ANOTHER
possible 'weather-cursed' POA event - it's pouring BUCKETS
in Louisville today and the trend remains WET WET WET for
the next few days

NOT GOOD NEWS at all !

Just think of all of the Prowlers that now can't be sold as "never driven in the rain...."

I'll be there tomorrow with an 80% chance of rain. I wonder if the group photo happened today at the Horse Park?

What a shame some trailered their garage queens that far and have to leave them in a shed on wheels. This is not a dress rehearsal, drive it, that's why they were built!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to admit that after the Texas event, it didnt bother me any more to get caught/drive in the rain. Maybe that's what the Prowler Gods are after at these Big Events...initiating those to the rain that ordinarily wouldnt be caught dead in it.... Prowler Kharma?

The photo was postponed until Wednesday. Every Prowler trailered here was driven in the rain. We trailered our cat here (which by the way has 33,000 miles on it) was not only driven in the rain today (and on many many prior occasions), it came back from that cruise covered with horse sh$t.

Just go to the Seelbach and down some good Kentucky bourbon. Have a huge selection there. Only a block down from 4th street live and hard rock.

So not only is the weather crappy, but we have you bringing your negativity trying to rain on our parade.

We have fun no matter what!!

It's all about the people. Nice weather would be great. But to string together 9 days (weekened to weekend) of no rain is nearly impossible except in the dryest of climates. I personally would drive with my top down in the rain to have been there to see my friends.

Ditto, whealy. A wet event is 1000% better than no event at all! Looking WAY forward to Tulsa '07.

Dusti: I'm going to assume that the drags didn't go off last night because of the rain, or were they able to race? T

Well, the rain moved further south today (to accompany the tour to the cave and the corvette plant ) but Louisville is dry and sunny now, looks like it JUST MIGHT DRY UP for the next couple of days

We're on our second set of wipers (wore the first pair out). We'll be replacing the that pair soon.

Whenever we're caught in the rain, I use the cell phone to call a friend of ours who owns a pampered 'Vette. He always asks "...so what are you doing? Enjoying our car as much as possible" is my standard answer.
