I'm purchasing a Prowler Trailer from Al Box in Phoenix and he doesnt have a Bra for it. I'm unable to find one to buy so I am hoping someone will loan me one and take it to Al. After I get the Trailer to Texas I will mail the Bra back with a coupon good for a case of the lendee's favorite liquid refreshment....
The whole thing shouldnt take more than a week thanks to Larry Lord and Tom Lavka.....Thanks in advance, Buddy in Texas.

Buddy,
Have Al tape a moving pad or some bubble wrap over the front of the trailer. Duct tape will hold it on but it may take you a while to get it off.
I'll bring a blanket and tape with me if needed.

LL - if it comes down to it,,,,,clear packing tape can be used to protect the trailer paint. 3M adhesive cleaner [$13] will remove the sticky stuff when removed in Texas.
Just a thought.

Buddy - very few Prowler trailer owners in Az. Only Michael in Florence, Az and Al Becker in Scottsdale have them that I know of,,,,and I don't remember ever seeing a trailer bra on either of their's.

One other thought,,,, Steve Conley in Tucson has a trailer and maybe a bra? Email him:

Jim, Thanks for offering to loan Buddy your trailer bra. I was really concerned about towing that prowler trailer behind my truck for 500 miles. It does tend to kick up a little "roost" now and then. Doh!!!

Just kiddin' Buddy. We'll take good care of her.

Buddy,

In just got off the phone with Jim. He's going to send the bra to my shop and I'll take it to Phoenix with me. If for some reason it doesn't get here in time, I'll take a couple of moving pads and a roll of duct tape with me.
In any case, we gotcha covered!

I bought a 5 1/2" drop ball mount and a 1 7/8" ball today that I'll hand off to Lavka in El Paso. It should work for you if you plan on using the F-150 to to move the trailer when you get it.

I plan on picking up the trailer at about 5 PM on Thursday but I need to confirm with Al Box.

Just confirmed with Al Box. 5 PM pickup on Thursday then a visit with my cousin at 7 PM Thursday night before heading to our hotel.

Julie and I will then pick up Debbie Angell on Friday morning. Debbie says it's time for a road trip and she no longer has her Prowler so she is going with us in the truck for our trip to El Paso to meet Tom and Dawn Lavka. I'll need to make a 2 pallet delivery of FMB boxes to a customer in Apache Junction at 9 AM before we take a backroads and highway 60/70 tour of Arizona and New Mexico while on our way to Deming NM to spend Friday night.

Saturday we will plan on stopping by for a short visit with Norm and Pat (Pumpkin) in Las Cruces before meeting Tom and Dawn in El Paso for some leisure time (the girls say shopping will be just fine) and the dinner at the Cattlemans Steaklhouse in Fabens Texas. After dinner we'll swap a Prowler trailer for an enclosed car hauler and return to Deming for Saturday night.

Sunday, we'll depart Deming then drop Debbie off in Chandler before high tailing it for home. Julie has to be at work by 3 AM on Monday morning. I'm sure glad I don't need to be at work until 9 AM!

Buddy,
I didn't forget that I'm also picking up the set of Prowler wheels and tires for you. I'll get them on my truck somehow. We should lokk like some real Arizona Prowler Trash when we leave Als' house with everything tied on top and towed behind. Alley Cat will be proud!
This should be a fun trip and will give us a chance to reconnect with some good friends. I hope to meet you in person someday.

LL - The pickup loaded down,,,the cat trailer behind,,,Julie and the Catwoman having all their stuff loaded aboard,,,,,,it'll look like the California Clampett's heading down the highway. Apache Junction will be a real treat for you,,,,,,we call it Dog World. Everyone there owns a PitBull or Rotweiler ready to attack you, lol. I see your trip is pretty much planned out,,,and you are going to see your relative while here. If you have an extra hour either late thursday night OR early, early friday morning,,,let me know, I'd like to see Julie and you again,,plus Debbie, who has been in hiding for over a year I'll stop over to say hello!
