I have a new version of my rear lower panel that will be available in the next few days. It is designed to use with your rear bumpers. It is a "bolt on" part and will fit with your stock factory exhaust. Email me if you have any questions. And thanks for your continuing support.

Love the look. It finishes the rear of the Prowler off the way it should have looked from the factory. It is a pity it will not fit our licence plate size as our plates are bigger otherwise it would be an item to be going on my car.

from what I know about Tom, is his stuff FITS.

Tom is a perfectionist. He makes parts that have the look and feel of Factory with fit and finish better than factory.

I have talked to Tom since this was an Idea. As you can see from the picture that the exhaust is modified. He has countless hours making this. He wants his products to bolt on. So I'm sure this could be done by most anyone with common tools and average skill level.

can someone that is GOOD with photo shop take this pan and put Real Rod chrome bumpers on a yellow car?

Looks REALLY nice !!

One question though - is there enough ventilation for the
tranny cooler - it appears to be almost covered up ?!

Yes it is a "bolt on" part. It fits in the factory holes with the factory hardware. There is plenty of room for the oil cooler. The panel w/out the rear bumpers has been install on many Prowlers for a long time now with no problems. And it does fit with the factory exhaust with no modifications.

I've been running Tom's rear pan without bumpers for over two years and I have had no problems with trans temp.

It is available painted to match. It will not fit with the factory hitch but I am working on a hitch to fit the panel. And I will have a price on the panel shortly.

Tom;
It looks great and by the way I finally got around to reading your E-Mails. Thanks for waking me up from a good Saturday nap buddy. See you Sunday. How about Culvers for lunch? I heard that they built one next to your house.

I think I would want one but don't want to change out my hitch. Let us know if you can make one w/ the stock hitch.

That is one of the nicest items made for a Prowler that I've seen. I might just remove my trailer hitch (an original) since I don't have a trailer and really am not so interested in one since we don't go on long trips at all. This is the way they this car should have been made.

If,as said on this post, there is no problem with the tranny overheating, and it came painted and is truly bolt on, please put me on the list for learning cost and availability in Midnight Blue Pearl coat (Mulholland).
Great job. I wish I was as talanted as you. Joe

Tom, Glad to see you are wasting your time on something meaningful and not just getting wrinkled "old guy skin" in Punta Gorda.
