I believe its the aluminum frame and the limited number of people skilled to repair it which makes the Prowler more likely to be totaled. That coupled with the open wheel design make the frame more susceptible to damage. Also the price and availability of parts.

Hi CJ!

I wanted to wait until you and Bob got back before I said:
THANKS A MILLION!!
Thanks for bringing the CoolMobile II down from Colorado through the snow and foul weather to its new home in sunny AZ. I wanted to get a picture of you 2 with the car while it was still on the trailer but you unloaded it too quick!
Maybe Larry can at least post a pic or 2 from dinner.
I still haven't gotten the title trandferred and the car hasn't been out of the garage since you dropped it off last Wednesday - I hope to take care of it this weekend and I'll get some pics posted soon.
BTW - when Karen saw the car, she said "I really like the color - it's more grown up." I'm not quite sure how to take that...
Thanks Again!

Curious about the insurace also, being that I have another to contend with. I have Allstate now that costs me about $350 every 6 months on the Mulholland, she hasn't told me what the Purple Kat is going to cost me yet.
