Anyone catch American Chopper last night? Showed Paulie doing a little burnout in his silver prowler (with front bumpers)and running the quarter mile. I think I saw a time posted of 13.97. Is that about a stock run?

Paulie added a nitrous kit in an episode a couple of seasons ago. 13.97 is too fast for a stock engine although with the nitrous dialed in correctly a run in the 12's to low 13's is possible with nitrous. In ideal weather and track conditions a few have run low to mid 14's and most cars with stock engines run mid to high 14's.

Pauley's Political Prowler has also been all over the news locally. Carrying, of course, the state's goober-natorial candidate, coincidentally, with the same last name Pauley has on his car! Some guy by the name of Kinky Freidman. Can you hear the cheers now???

Does anyone know what episode it was on American Chopper that they did the mods to Pauly's Prowler? I've been looking for that.

I think it was during one of the two episodes when Paul Sr. was building the POW Bike...

What? Paul lives in NY. Kinky is running in Texas. He's a wacked out nutjob that makes a far left liberal look mainstream. LOL! And yes, the 60+ independant candidate is very kinky and wacky. Only reason he gets 15 minutes of fame is that he is such a nut job.

You have to look quick. The show is about building bikes not cars so they only spend about 1 minute talking about it. It's not a whole episode devoted to it, if that was what you were hoping.

There are two Paul's. One is Paul Jr. on American Chopper and Pauley is a POA member who lives in Texas. He painted his Prowler Glow in the Dark Red , White and Blue. During the bush campaign it was covered with support Bush banners etc.

There are pictures in this thread http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/Archives/Archive-000002/HTML/20060220-8-000081.html

First of all Pauley... You are Infamous! What he did at the competitor's HQ's is classic Pauley! You are right Larry! He supplies the true meaning to the term, "Good 'Ol Boy". It's always a pleasure to be in his company.

Larry, you two have been really close friends since you shared the Honeymoon Suite with the heart shaped tub in The Smokys. lol

Pauley is definitely a good ol boy having a good time. I will never forget his shortcut/scenic route to the dragstrip in Texas. What a blast.
