Thanks for sharing. The car was built by Larry Weiner from Performance West Group. He and his wife Debbie attended our wet Texas event. The car is actual hers.

It was originally silver and has a Paxton Supercharger. The hand formed metal rear pan is really cool.

I had tried to get SoCal Speed Shop to do this. The original drawings for their car were used as the basis for Larry's. Pete Chapouris was the Pete from Pete and Jakes Hot Rod Shop fame. They built the original California Kid. The car was used in the made for television movie by the same name. The movie was never released as a video.
