It look like a mean flying wasp from outer space. When I was a kid I love those science friction movies. |

evil elf and I both believe it is STILL the coolest car on the planet! Not the most expensive but the absolute coolest machine in the universe ever mass-produced! Elf's son, Erik, drove us from Montgomery, AL to Orlando, FL to purchase & drive back his mama's Prowler! When we arrived at the seller's house we were both just speechless as we ogled it for several minutes even before ringing the doorbell. It is the dreamiest vehicle I've ever driven/co-owned! Erik said he HAD to have a ride in it before I drove it home & he drove his Mustang home! It felt like a cage...the 1st few times behind the wheel...and since elf wuz gonna be drivin' it--mostly--ELF CAGE seemed the most apropos personal tag for her to have! Evil Elf's first response...[just back from IRAQ]...after her blindfold was removed when she stepped outta my truck, onto our front lawn, where her PROWLER sat: HOLY F***! Her grandson's ears had to be covered! LOL This message has been edited by Tytanium-K on 09-28-2005 at 01:55 PM |

"If I buy one of these maybe I can meet Ed Monahan and Alley Cat"
The first time I saw a production Prowler was mine after driving 3 1/2 hours to pick it up (I bought it on ebay) I was speechless and couldn't believe I was buying one. This message has been edited by Marty Usher on 09-28-2005 at 02:06 PM |

New York auto show with 1 of my sons. Told him on the spot I would have 1 someday. Fast forward 4 years , playing blackjack at the Mohegan Sun Casino with a silver Prowler slowly rotating on a turntable directly above the card table. 2 hours of playing cards and looking at that car, I went right on ebay when I got home............ Not because I won any money, I just couldn't get it out of my head. ------------------ |
