I thought you guys were kidding when you said the fun thing about owning this car was the questions people ask, what is it? I thought everyone knew what a Prowler was, until last Thrus.when I went to a cruise in. I saw this guy looking at the car for the longest time & finally asked who the owner was. I said I was & he said this was the nicest hot rod he's ever seen. He asked if I did it & how long it took. I told him it was a production car & he didn't believe me until he saw the emblem on the hood. I have more fun with this car in just the short time I've owned it. What a blast  |

BeWare is sooooooooooo right!!! it never stops!!! so much fun!!! the questions, the looks, the smiles. after a cruise Janet and I have to slap each other a few times to get back to normal! LOL  |

I went to a "homecoming" in the small north Missouri town where I was raised yesterday. People there from all over the US THat I have known all my life...lots of them I haven't seen for 40 years!! NONE of them knew what a Prowler was!! People that now live in Florida and California and everywhere in between wanted to know how long it took me to build it and told me how wonderful of a builder I am. |

Even here in Motor City......Prowler's birthplace, I am always amazed how many people don't know what it is or have never seen one up close!  |

Ah, last night was the first time a actually got a girl to hop out of one guy's lame import tuner car and into my prowler! You can be sure, i've been hooked on cruising downtown Dallas. And, of course their was as least half a dozen "what is that / cool car" comments as well. |

While getting gas last week, a young man (KID) in a Mustang convertible with 2 girls told me "That's one bad Viper" I just said thanks, so I wouldn't embarrasse him. One of the girls said, "That's not a Viper, it's a Black Tie". I wouldn't give her a ride, but I let them all sit in it and gave her a Matchbox Prowler. Marc... Super, |

It was Deep Ellum, and unfortunately I did have to give her back. I suppose she did not have so much to drink that I could keep her. |
