Just curious but how many prowlers are in your area? I hate to say it but I only see one every five months now and it's the same silver one.

There were quite a few over the years (black, I believe George told me there was a red woodward once, silver, gold, and red) but they've become really scarce in my area and it sucks.

I live in a town of about 17,000...there are roughly a dozen Kats in the town and county....

see if I can count them all

3 black
2 Mullh...1, lady owner passed away last year
1 silver
1 Kandi red
3 yellow..1 is wrecked
1 custom orange
1 99 red
--------
12, but I might have missed a couple, not sure

I have seen a Woodward in town, but not sure who owns it, or if was just passing thru...

there are quite a few Vipers in town too...probably 10 or so....

seeing Kats in New Castle is just about an everyday thing....I drive mine almost everyday year round....

About 30 that I know of. There are 3 on our street and another one about a mile down the street that intersects with our street.

In Arizona,,,,,we have email addresses for around 50+ owners. Probably another 25+ that we don't have email addresses for,,,who aren't interested in the club scene. Their loss!

I am the only one I know of locally in Johnstown. There are Prowlers in the Pittsburgh area, but I do not have any idea how many.

There are a lot in Michigan, see them only occasionally while I'm driving around or car shows, though. No idea on a count.

It is kinda weird, but in the town where I live, state college Population about 100,000 there are only two (the local chrysler dealer and myself). One yellow and one red. But the town where my dealership is (population about 30,000) there are 5. 1 mulholland, 1 red, 1 black, 1 orange, 1 silver.

What I've seen in Charlotte lately..

1 Black
2 Silver
2 Red
1 Blue
1 Purple

I was getting gas last Sunday on Independence Blvd in Charlotte when I heard someone honking. I looked around but didn't see anyone.. the pump was blocking my view of the black kat that drove by.. I didn't see it till it passed. That was the first time I saw another Prowler on the road when I was in my Prowler. The driver didn't turn into the gas station and I couldn't catch them because of the lights.

If anyone here drives the black Prowler in Charlotte please pull over next time! haha..

Have seen three others here in Victorville, Ca, two of which moved very quickly off a local dealers lot, haven't seen them around town, yet.

I saw a Black Prowler up at Miami U last Sat. It was a young black woman driving it. First time I saw that one. There is another black Prowler that goes past Bob Rodenfels cabinet shop that we do not know. There is a yellow not too far from me driven by a young black man that I don't know. A red one on the west side of town that I don't know.
There are 21 on my email list that are local and a couple that do not have computers. A few have been sold, also.
I have no clue as to how many there are in the state of Ohio but I am sure it is well over 100.

I get reports of about the same six or seven from friends and co workers. You would think that even if owners aren't driving theirs at the time maybe at least one person in four years and over 100K miles would have stopped and said something to me at a gas station or in a parking lot or at a football game during tailgating. I have talked with TWO owners that I have actaully run down myself - that's it.

I know how you feel. I pulled up next to a blue Prowler a few weeks ago in another one of my cars. I missed my turn just so I could chat with the guy at the light for a second. I found out he had owned the car for a year or so and had bought it used from a local dealer. I also learned that he had always owned Corvettes before the Prowler. He said it was the coolest car he had ever owned.. it was a short chat but atleast if I run into him again.. and I'm sure I will.. we will remember each other.

How you can own a Prowler and not be social?

Galaxie, Jack Cody has a Woodward. Rod and Vicki Endsley are up that way, too. You can look at the registry and see who is close. I am not all that great at Ohio geography. I know where Cleveland is, of course, but some of the smaller cities could be N.W. instead of N.E.
Not everyone registers, but here is a start. http://www.prowleronline.com/ownreg/listprowler.php?sort=prov%2Ccountry%2Ccity&submit=GO

We have about 30 in the Denver Metro area that I know of. However, there are probably 20 more who are not registered on the POA and do not know of it. I find that about 50% of the ones I know of do not care to join in on any of our different runs which is really disappointing, I guess they are loners. Too bad for them!
