Hi ya'll. I'm new here.. came over from the Corvette Forum, and been lurking here for a little while learning enough to decide to sell the Vette, and get a Prowler. Thanks for all the helpful information. I haven't found a Prowler yet. The one I was going to get, got sold before I got the money from the Vette. I learned a lot here, to help with what to look for in buying one. I have a Post in the Classified Ads section, hoping to find '02 Candy Red. I'll probably Post more once I find one. Later, Kevin |

Welcome kj! I too had a Vette-Silver Anniversary. Cool car and the only car that I never got beat in but the Prowler is just tooo coool! Good luck on your search and post often and attend a POA event when you can, where you will find the best part of owning a Prowler! Jeff |

...I post on the Corvette Forum as " 1953 C5 "...there was a post there a month or so ago about trading from a Vette to a Prowler...was that you... ...Vettes are great cars, I have owned a dozen or so thru the years(still have 3)...but Prowlers are just different...great fun...you will be very happy with a Kat.... |

i don't know how far you want to go to find a prowler but in volo illinois there is a 02 candy red with 950 miles their asking 45,900 probably about 5 to 7 grand too much. |

It looked like I wasn't going to find a Candy Red. Ended up getting 2000 Yellow just 90 miles away, pick it up tomorrow evening. Looks like a Weekender is 1st on the list to get. |
