Couldn't ask for much better.......sun, blue sky and temperatures in the 70's! Took the Candy Cat out for errands this morning............and after dropping Bob off at the airport....went home, switched cats and the Black Cat and I did some serious cruising with the top down!! What an awesome day.........As I pulled the black cat back in the garage, I hit 13,303! Life is good! |

After being sick most of last week, I finally got out of bed Sunday (Missed the Wisconsin run!!!). I felt well enough to get RedKat out of storage just in time for the 2 beautiful days we had here in northern Illinois on Monday and Tuesday! The Kat was a little dusty and the morning on Monday a little cool (40 F) to have the top down but I bravely went back to work with RedKat! Good thing the Prowler has a good heater, I had it blasting all the way to work on Monday! I even took "wife precautions" and left the house with the top up in case she was looking! (She'd be concerned because I had been sick). Well, as usual, RedKat drew a lot of attention at work. I must have gotten 20 emails, 10 phone messages and a few Kat Calls! Everyone there knows about RedKat and I, and therefore, also know I've now declared Spring officially here. Monday and Tuesday were great for driving and my wife was not surprised when I arrived home a little late because I took the "long way home thru the country. Springs has finally Arrived!!!! |

I'm with the rest of you!!! Took it out yesterday. I think it gave a few people whiplash trying to spin around quick in their vehicle and check out the Cat. Definitely looking forward to taking my daughter to the Father/Daughter dance at her school this Friday night. We're taking the Cat of course. She's so excited and I guess I am a little too. Goodnight everyone! Brian |

Ed, People think I must be sick, because the June, July and August is my favorite time of year down here in south FL. Every day is good for the pool & beach. When I lived in CT for a while several times it would get above 100*F. It never gets that hot here in south FL. Your right .... no place is perfect! I do however miss cruisen in the Prowler on a windy rod in the mountains with the top down on a warm fall day. It's a long ways to the mountains in south FL.
