YES, I've got it......

Just back from picking it up, drove under the rain and snow, thanx england...

I LOVE IT, nothing compare to my 400HP 69 Camaro RS but really fun and it's a real Hot Rod,
was a bit scared when it first drove it, couldn't see the front, where was the wheells, and after few minute i got use to it,

noticed fews things...

-Moisture in headlight, made a search on POA and i'm not the only one, will have to find a way to fix it as over here it's raining a lot.

-I will try to explain: when rev and driving the acceleration is not sharp, sound like if you have your feet a bit on the clutch (with manual car of course..), the engine scream a lot compare to the rpm, IS THAT NORMAL??? it's my first kat and too find another one here to compare, good luck...

_when engine is hot the idle is moving (not a lot) but play between 900 and 1050 going down and up and down......

- don't have any technical manual with the car, is there any way to download one from somewhere?

excpet for those small trouble the car is great, perfect, fun, Kustom...

will post pict in the next few days.

can't wait to drive it to france on thursady to see my familly for my Bday .

on the idle moving - check and see if this is when you have the air conditioning on or maybe the defroster on (the defroster position activates the AC compressor)

Try turning off the AC and defroster off and see if the idle changing stops

Tried the autostick mode and the engine was screaming less when revs.... but in the traffic in normal mode sounded like the back tyre was spining.. (but they wasn't) any solution or may be its normal...

AC and defroster was Off but idle was playing.

I'm 6,16ft and have trouble to fit in it...

"I'm 16ft tall and have trouble to fit in it..."

Jimmy - put the top down! At that height, you should be able to see the front wheels,,,,and 10 cars ahead of you, lol. Seriously,,,,have you found the second seat adjuster on the driver's seat? There are two,,,work with it. Another thing,,,,make sure you put the nose onto a curb soon,,,,so you will look like many of us

I would think that the engine sounding like it is going faster than the actual speed may be due to the fact that the car sat for quite awhile. Give it a little time to adjust. You can also disconnect the battery and leave it off for at least 10 minutes to re-set the computer. It may change several things for you. It goes back to the original pre-sets. Give that a try, take two aspirin and call A/C in the morning. lol

Disconnecting the battery resets everything back to factory settings. Then, drive the car YOUR way, and it "learns" your way of driving for shifting, etc. I get a scratch in 2nd every time I reset mine. It may take another 50 miles or so to set in. It will do the same thing (in time) without disconnecting the battery, but its alot quicker to just disconnect it. Clean the terminal while you're at it.
Idle fluctuating when hot? Never had a problem with that. How hot is "hot"? This may help provide a better answer. Manuals are available. You can sometimes find one on ebay or try finding one at:
https://techauthority.gltghosting.com/webapp/wcs/stores/se rvlet/CustomerHome?storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10051
(You may have to look on 2nd page after getting to the right manual page.)
Enjoy your Birthday! I'll enjoy mine the day after!

Will try to disctonnect the battery tonight or tomorrow if it's snowing again tonight.

The engine is fluctuating in traffic jam, not getting really hot (it's snowing outside) but the idle play a bit with few pick at more than 1000 before the regulate at 950.

Hope i will fix those trouble to plenty enjoy my new ride.

Will look for a manual, how to set up the road trip and other stuff.

happy Bday Idive mine is the 27/02

Jimmy,
Congrats on your Prowler. One seat control is for forward & back, the other is for tilt. You may have the seat one or two notches foward to get the best tilt angle, I am 6'2" I keep mine two notches forward to get the best tilt angle so my head clears the convertable top.
