Hello everyone! Is there a Prowler museum? I thought I read of one a while back. Would love to go if it exists. Any info would be appreciated. Thanx, Jeff |

Mike Krehel, who started this site along with a few others, has a museum at his home in Houston. You can look at pictures if you go to the past events section and look at the Texas Stampede pictures from 2004. Welcome to the POA, and do you know the Blue Brothers, I think they were from Joliet, also. lol This message has been edited by ed monahan on 02-09-2005 at 09:07 PM |

Thanx for reply Ed. Do you know if it is still open? Would love to check it out! About Jake and Elwood. I live about 5 miles from the prison where Jake was released at the start of the flick. The little town of Elwood, is about a 12 minute ruck from here, which I think is where the name Elwood came from. Great Movie! |

Jeff: You can write to Mike Krehel through the website here. Any time you are going to be in Houston you can check with them and see if they will be available to show you around. They have always been incredibly gracious about sharing their Beautiful cars!! I'm sure they will do what they can for you. Very nice people. I'm originally from the Iowa/Illinois area - been through Joliet a ton of times. My brother still lives in Bloomington. Tami This message has been edited by TFischer on 02-09-2005 at 09:52 PM |

Anziety, If you thirst for more you might want to buy the Texas Stampede event video. I used a lot of video from Mike and Judy's Prowler Museumn in addition to all the event stuff. |

That has got to be the sexiest thing I have ever seen. All those prowlers lined-up like that. I must excuse myself now... |
