We were at an event at the Grand Canyon and when we pulled into a viewing area, everyone turned from taking pics of the Canyon to taking pics of the Prowler!! It was hilarious! Impulsive---What really happened there? How did those huge stones get there? I for 1 think we are not alone in the universe. I just don't think our government will tell us. Great shots of the kat and Stonehedge. Enjoy it! Didn't you guys have a big UFO siteing on one of your Air Force bases a few years back? ------------------ This message has been edited by CTProwler on 01-13-2005 at 12:03 PM |

POA members I just wanted to say thanks for the welcome. I had a few questions on the posts so I will try to answer most of them now. I picked up my Prowler last July in Houston after returning from a tour in support of OEF. I always wanted one so I thought I would treat myself. It arrived in country in Sept and since I'm in the service I did'nt have to do alot of mods for it to be approved for driving in the UK. One thing about over here THE ROADS SUCK! For the most part very narrow and as everyone knows it rains ALOT!(few and far days for driving) But the Brits love the car. Most never seen or heard of a Prowler. I never meet or seen a guy here that did'nt love it! On the other hand women can go either way.(go figure) Some think it looks like a RAT (a very cool rat) or the batmobile. While driving I've never seen so many cell phones being held out the window (as they are TRYING to pass me) to take a picture. Anyway I have till the end of summer left in the UK and then back to the states. My plan is to sell it here, I've allready been offered as much as $60,000 for it and with the profits get another one once I'm back in the good ole USA! I'll post more pictures as I get to more historic sites To Beware: Yes it is a scoop. I saw a post on here asking about what yall thought...I loved it so I ordered it. I think it looks great on the Mulholland. CTProwler: Big long storie on how they got there. They were supposed to come from some place far away .....bla bla ..bla.. I only went because the girl that was visiting me was wanting to see them and it happened to be a nice day and it gave me a reason to go for a Prowler drive. Bob Miller: I don't fly just do the Special Ops thing. CCT. 2 more years till retirement!!!! Anyway thanks everyone for the welcome...Terry |
