Seems like i remember seeing a recent post where someone said you can get the factory mud flaps really cheap somewhere? maybe even from the dealership?

I lost one one my front ones yesterday, right after i put new nuts/washers on it, arghhh!

which leads to my next question: can i also get the factory nuts? i still have the bolts. i can get another nut/washer combo from the hardware store, but i guess i should have used some teflon or something to keep them on.

Jeff Hunter is who you wanna call. $24.75 a set, front or rear.

Here's his info:

You might ask him about your nuts.

Wait. Let me rephrase that - you might ask him if you can get new nuts from him and how you might better keep your nuts from falling off.

That didn't come out quite right either.

Tell him you lost your nuts and you're interested in his nuts.

Never mind. Just call him.

Edited for spelling errors directly related to a lack of coffee....

You need to use the locking nuts with the plastic inserts then no more worry about coming loose.

The mudflaps will continue to be produced as long as there is a demand for them.
