W/T - I think you can buy the soft top for around $750 and the entire top w/frame runs over $2000. Add the labor, there you have it. Check with your Mopar dealer parts department or email Jeff, the parts guy, listed in CLASSIFIED forum.

I've heard that replacing the entire top with frame, isn't too hard. Replacing the soft top and window only,,,,leave to the experts.

if you have a problem with your top take it to a trim shop. They can order a top for the Prowler and with all other tops with glass windows they should be able to get that too.

I checked when I had the top put on the Dart about the Prowler and it is listed in the replacement books.

This car is 7 years old, WE DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO THE DEALER FOR ALL THE PARTS, unless you want only Mopar parts. Many of the parts will be available thru regular auto parts/shops.

Not sure on the window, I don't think so because it's all one piece. You might have a problem with making a seal. I had the top replaced twice on my silver, and it took a week each time. They just replaced the fabric, and not the frame. If you can find a whole assembly frame and all ready to go it can be switched very quickly. I've seen them go on ebay for less than the fabric costs.

I had my top customized as I had its height changed to accommodate my rollbar. The top was $400 and removal and installation was also $400. Had this done at a trim shop as Wildcat suggested.

My guess would be that they could replace the window. But I would assume they would have to remove the top to do it. My guess would be that the cost would be near just getting a new top.

Hope that helps.
