Anyone familar w/ procedure for fuel tank?? I think the welding I need to do would best and sfest w/ it gone.

drop the transmission--the tank is above.You should get a service manual if you dont have one already.Lots of good info.

The tank is just a plastic cell.

Get a service manual for sure....

dont remove it unless you absolutely have to.just use alot of wet towels to protect it,it wont blow up.
