Next time you visit the Krehels in your candy red, well, they probably already have a real special place for you to park it.

I'm guessing at the price it went out the door for....IT MORE THEN COUNTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just for the sake of argument regarding these color threads.........High Voltage Blue was not a production color... it was a one-off!

Just to stir the candy pot a bit here since you folks don't have near as many posts as the AWSOME YELLOW crowd does ... where were the electric blue body panels painted, MSX? And then if so, where were they applied to the other parts of the car ... Conner Ave.? Hmmmm ... if yes to both, then wouldn't THAT make it a "production color", all be it a one-off color, but it was done through "normal production" channels? I don't know ... am speculating and could be wrong But hey ... I Scream White is a "true" one-off color I think ... as a comparison. <gr>

I have refrained from posting on the "other color" threads, because I thought we were only supposed to post on our own color thread......

Yes, it was assembled at the Conner Plant; however, it was not a production vehicle in the sense that it was not sold as a retail vehicle. Production vehicles usually are a run of more than one. It was a special, one-off car done for auction.

IScream is a research vehicle which has been painted several different colors.

CJ-

That pix of your candy in front of the Biltmore house is fantastic! (I think it's the Biltmore)

The angle, the lighting, background, etc. was just right.

Hi, newbie here, and been doing some searching....What do you think of the Kandy color, is it more desirable/valuable because it is so limited, or is it just personal preference? regards Tomer

Not this again......

Any shade of red sucks .... just ask monahan!

But seriously, pick a color you like. If/when prowlers increase in price, a color choice will not make a significant difference in value.

tomer,
The answer to your question will vary depending on who you talk to. Remember...its up to you! What do you really want? If you plan on buying the Cat in hopes that the limited production numbers can bring in top dollar in the future...by all means try get a Candy with only 299 produced which includes Canada's production numbers of course.

Good luck with your choice. The only thing that matters...is that it's a Prowler!

The Woodwards and Black Ties are the rarest with 153 and 161 made. WAAAAAY down the road the color probably will make a difference but then you have to find the right person for your car. I have to agree with the others, buy what YOU like.
The Mopars in the old days had wild colors, they were rare and are worth more now to a select few collectors.
