Hey Chuck, Glad you are looking to make it. We are trying to find a hotel that fits into our travel plans in order to minimize any unnecessary driving. We were planning to check out the hotels that are being used for this weekend's coming Raceway Park event (Red Roof Inn & the Days Inn). We want to make sure that they are clean & check out the parking/security. We are also looking to stay in the Pamona or Abseacon area. We do hope to have hotel information by next week. We will let you know in Five minutes Great to see you in Canada. Hope you had a good ride back. How is Barb's Dad doing? WildBill |

Bill, Is the Cape May lighthouse on the tour? If so there is an awsome dinner theatre in Cape may. I think it is called Elaines. It is a haunted dinner theatre and is worth it for dinner(takes about an hour to hour and a half). Cost is about $35 per person. I went there a few weeks before Canada and loved it. Reservations must be made. Also, many good bed and breakfast hotels there. Just tossing out ideas to consider. Hope you stayed out of the hood on the way back from CA. lol ------------------ This message has been edited by MDProwler on 08-10-2004 at 08:35 PM |

This is one I wish I could do. I've not spent any time on the East Coast, but I've always wanted to see Cape May. |

Gary, Haunted dinner theater sounds great & Yes we will be cruising to the Cape May Lighthouse. We would love to end up there on Saturday for the sunset. The place to be!!!Might be tough with distance to travel & hotel stuff. We are still trying to work out the exact timing since the Cape May Lighthouse is at the Southern most tip of NJ. I did try to find the dinner theater on whitepages.com, but only found: Cape May Stage Elvis In Concert-Dave Elsey I will have to do a little more research to find it. I will discuss this with the other event planners of the event. Yes thank you, I did manage to stay out of West Philly on the way home Not a palace to be at 1:30 am or at any time for that matter, with or without a Prowler. CJ - You will see it if you come! Cape May is definitely on the route! WildBill |

Thank you for the link Gary! I will look into it. Looks like they have a 7:30 show... Might be a little tough to get to but will try to work it out. Could still turn it into an option for those who want to hit Cape May for the Sunset & then to the dinner theatre. Other one would be for a cruise back to the hotel & then onto AC to lose some money Or even a midnight cruise through Camden & West Philly! Great idea G'thang!!! Wildman---I could post something on Viper Club site and get some of the Jersey boys for sure. There were 25 or more Vipers at Somerville NJ Cruise night in July! If you want to make it a 2 Car Club event. let me know. ------------------ |
