Marty Usher POA Site Supporter Prowler Junkie From:San Antonio, Texas, United States Registered: Jun 2001 Admin Use	posted 06-28-2004 10:27 AM Wayne Wagner (waynew) and I just finished talking and decided to see who can guess which one of us will hit 100,000 miles first. Wayne was the first to hit 70,000 and 80,000 on a single Prowler (that we are aware of). After driving to POA events in June I am almost catching him. Post your guess as to who and when here. No offense, but since you are not on your original motor I think Wayne wins by default because the comparison is not equal. I guess it will happen in December. Rich - Wayne is talking another motor change also. My comment was just a remark to Ed in response to his comment about my engine. In reality, my engine continues to be R & D for Norm Brandes at Westech as he clsoes in on an engine package he will be offering to the Prowler community. I now have 8000 or 9000 miles on the latest engine and have talked with him about removing the nitrous (so I can keep an engine for a while) and raising the compression that was lowered to accomodate using more nitrous. No offense taken to your comment, but the 100,000 miles is on driving the car, not how many miles on the engine. Lots of people have changed and replaced lots of parts on their cars while continuing to drive them; it's still their Prowler. Besides this is not a serious competition. We're not talking about somebody winning a huge monetary reward or having their car enshrined.
