As many of you will agree, I was really shocked when I learned about Bruce's "departure" from his current occupation and I certainly hope he will find an employer that appreciates the kind of effort he put into serving the POA members ! A request for a quote was answered within hours, an ordered item was shipped promptly and his service was always outstanding ! Furthermore I hope he will land at another DC franchise so we can CONTINUE the great relationship with him, after all WHERE ELSE can we get OEM parts for 10 % over cost ?? I just completed a transaction with Bruce last week and also purchased the extended warranty from "that" dealership two months ago.I'm planning on calling the owner/GM and express "my concern" for their future parts retail revenue stream as I'm certain the loss of Bruce and us will make an impact on the bottom line ! I would like to suggest all would do the same, as in business these days the bottom line is all that counts to the "bean counter" |

Passed along the info regarding Bruce and "that" dealership to my friend who is the Service Mgr. at Bryden Motors in Beloit, WI. A small family owned place bu the owner is VERY much into cars. I told him the situation and printed thread from Bruce's departure ... I have "suggested" to him that he work a deal internal to his place to succeed Bruce and becoming an integral part of the Prowler community, while of course, hopefully increasing their parts counter biz on Prowler parts ... He is to work on this week and advise ... but any posts along this thread that may encourage him ... he may just be reading and can use in his quest to "Do the same Deal" ... Right Jay? |

Not only is that an awesome idea but somehow exactly what the POA needs - a fixed source for OEM parts. He could advertise among the other fine vendors on the POA which will give ALL the members the opportunity to see AND approach him ! This could really be something here !!! |

For most part, the automotive business has no loyalty-they only see their employees as bottom line not as individuals-and I say that for most part with a few exceptions! obviously the dealer didn't appreciate Bruce's efforts and probably has a very high turnaround in staff which is not a good thing. How many parts managers from around the country have gone to the extent of providing a Prowler club members with discounts on parts?I can't really name anyone other than Bruce.Being innovative and creative is what sets good employees apart from the average. Once again-best of luck to Bruce! |

POA MEMBERS, We know Bruce was a great friend to all of you, and missed by many for a parts outlet. We would like to continue to offer our support to this group as they have helped us. I signed on to help this group when our dealership started to launch our website. You where some of my first Internet customers and if it wasn't for this group, we wouldn't have a web site. We will continue to offer this group the deep discounts it has become accustomed too. I will always be available to help you anyway I can with part numbers, pricing and availability of parts for ANY MOPAR VEHICLE. When our website launched I posted a discount code for the members of this forum to use. Your discount code is MPSCPOA. Please use this code to get your super low price that I have always given you. Please feel free to contact Ted Harris or myself with any questions or concerns. We will do our very best to care of you. ------------------ |

Ray, Can you give us the phone number to the service/parts at the Beloit Dealership? Is it Gryden or Bryden Motors?

Ooops, me bad ... Bryden Motors in Beloit and the toll free number is 1-800-727-9336. Ask for Marc in parts and in the mean time until he starts posting himself, tell him Ray & Jay sent ya! Glad to be of service to this fine organization! Happy ordering! |
