finally received a email from ebay about misrepresented h/lite.here it is word for word.please note,ebay has no offical opinion with respect to the validty of the claims set forth in the complaint,nor does ebay endorse the position of either party to the complaint.all disputes are between the complainant and party against who the complaint was filed.ebays role in this matter is merely that of a reporting and information service.if you have any questions regarding the validty of these claims or your position in the matter,you are encouraged to seek the advise of legal consel.i think i just got screwed by ebay also.their fraud form really leads you to believe they are going to be of help.what a bunch of ____.

Chris - Catfish bought a cat headlight on eBay. The person guaranteed it to be like new, or money back. The headlight came damaged and with some black stuff on the lens that they tried to remove and scratched the lens. Catfish sent it back to seller, as agreed, and wanted his money back. Seller refused to accept UPS shipment on the returned part. That is where it is at now.
