The weather finally got warm to install all my mods I had laying around the house. Man, the Mopar/Borla exhaust sounds great! Just enough noise to keep me happy and low enough to keep my other half happy with the CD player. Buffed out the pipes from the muffler back. Used a Rt. Angle grinder with a 4-1/2" rubber backup plate and a 6" spiral sewn wheel. The rt angle grinder really has the guts to polish pretty quickly. Took me about 2 hours to finish. Used the same technique to polish my trans cover and engine braces. I made a fixture to radius the form on the braces. Makes them look a little nicer.

Tim - Everything came out nice

I'm thinking you need a trip to Texas in June to get some 'seat' time in that cat! It was a long winter,,,time to cruiser.

Thanks,
I love making parts when I can. As a Tool and Die maker, I've watched all my friends loose their businesses due to having everything made overseas. I'd love to go to Texas, but with the job situation as it is, it's hard enough to just keep the job I have. So, it looks like small trips for me!!
