Our friend who owns the RentAVette store in Tempe, use to rent out Prowlers and then sell them when the mileage got higher. After the last one he had (yellow), had to have a new engine, new A/C unit, all four chrome wheels replaced after hitting curbs, and 4 (FOUR) bullet holes through the passenger door repaired,,,,,he threw in the towel. A Las Vegas rental store on the strip had six cats to rent at one time. That is why I always said those low priced, used cats on the market might be ex-rental RATS!!! |

I think most larger cities that rent exotics always have 1-2 prowlers for rent. |
