My Silver 2001 Prowler is now for sale. I am tired of being lied to and cheated by DC. To my horror and suprise tonight I found out that (according to the expert at AutoZone) that they did not have parts for Prowlers (all I wanted was a side marker light bulb) since it was a "foreign import" and Chrysler had not yet release the parts lists for aftermarket suppliers!! I said that I thought that they were made in Detroit and he said "No they were imported from Korea". "Are you sure because I was told they were made in Detroit?" His reply "They had all the parts shipped from overseas and just assembled them in this country!"
So now its for sale because I was tricked into believing it was a Modern American Hot Rod. Look for it eBay at $100,000 since it must be rare and please don't bad mouth my ad and hurt my chances of selling it to some guy who works for AutoZone!!

Dale - you had me going there for a minute. Maybe if everybody that is trying to sell their kat were to park them in an AutoZone lot with For Sale Signs on them the prices for used kats will start to rise!

Marty, I miss the old days when you went into an auto parts store and the guys at the counter really knew cars and in many cases were mechanics who had also worked on them. I guess if I had asked him about neon lights, spinner hubcaps, colored wire covers, blue painted headlight bulbs, etc. he would have known all of the details. I ended up getting the bulb Meijers - they have about everything for foreign imports.
